Hilary has been an executive and career coach for ten years and also runs leadership and team development programmes She is a skilled and highly qualified coach who combines a structured approach with flexibility, tailoring each coaching relationship to the specific needs of the client.  Hilary uses powerful questions and creative techniques to help clients make successful leadership and career transitions and achieve their goals.  Before moving into coaching and leadership development Hilary worked as an HR professional and internal consultant.  She spent four years in a consultancy role in HM Treasury working with many departments and agencies across Government.  She then moved into a corporate HR role in HM Revenue & Customs where she ran the senior appointments team, managed a major job evaluation programme and led several major talent management projects. This talent development role led her into coaching where her passion is to help people recognise their strengths, clarify their goals and realise their potential.  She now works with leaders in many different organisations and sectors.  Hilary’s clients tend to welcome challenge, are open to new ways of thinking and behaving and pursue success, not just for themselves but for their teams and their organisations.

DeeDeeDeedee Ostfield

Deedee Ostfeld is the founder and President of Deedee Ostfeld & Associates and is based in Houston.  She has worked more than 20 years as a management consultant, trainer, and coach assisting executives, managers, and individual contributors develop and implement strategies for improved corporate performance.  Deedee has a behavior change, results-oriented approach to training and coaching that assists individuals in identifying goals and reaching higher levels of achievement both professionally and personally.

Ms Ostfeld, is an Honorary National Vice President of National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) and continues to be active in her local Section.  She is a founder of AVDA (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse) and has been on the Texas Freedom Network Board since its beginnings in the mid 90s and has served as Board Chair.

Ms Ostfeld continues to be a volunteer grassroots activist for reproductive rights, sound education, and laws and programs that make a difference in and protect the lives of battered women and abused children.
